Virtual Card Terms & Conditions

Powered by Sudo.

1. Introduction: These Virtual Card Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the UtilityHub Virtual Card service. By creating, funding, or using a virtual card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any service-specific disclosures shown before confirmation.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, complete all required identity verification checks, provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, and not be restricted under applicable financial regulations. UtilityHub may deny, suspend, or revoke access where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Card Issuance and Usage: Virtual cards are issued through our licensed partner, Sudo. Cards are intended for online transactions only unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all transactions made using your card credentials and must not use the card for illegal, fraudulent, restricted, or prohibited activities.

4. Funding and Limits: Virtual cards may only be funded through your UtilityHub wallet. Minimum and maximum funding limits, daily limits, monthly limits, and per-transaction limits may apply. UtilityHub may modify limits at any time for operational, compliance, security, or risk-management reasons.

5. Fees: Card creation, funding, maintenance, transaction, currency conversion, or other service fees may apply. Applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation where required. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by UtilityHub.

6. Security and User Responsibilities: You must keep your card details, account credentials, device, and authentication information secure at all times. Do not share card information with unauthorized parties. You must notify UtilityHub immediately if you suspect fraud, compromise, or unauthorized use. UtilityHub is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence, delayed reporting, or disclosure of card credentials.

7. Restrictions: You may not use a virtual card for illegal transactions, fraudulent activity, card-network restricted transactions, regulator-restricted transactions, or any activity flagged by UtilityHub's risk systems. UtilityHub may block, decline, reverse, review, or restrict transactions at its discretion.

8. Suspension and Termination: UtilityHub may suspend or terminate a virtual card where suspicious activity is detected, you violate these Terms, required verification is incomplete, a partner or regulator requires action, or continued access creates a compliance or security risk. You may request card closure at any time, subject to pending transactions and applicable obligations.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks: Merchant refunds depend on the merchant's policy and applicable card-network rules. Chargebacks may be initiated where available and appropriate. Processing timelines vary by merchant, card network, partner, and the nature of the dispute.

10. Limitation of Liability: UtilityHub is not liable for failed or declined transactions, merchant disputes, third-party service disruptions, card-network restrictions, losses caused by unauthorized use where user negligence is involved, or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.

11. Changes to These Terms: UtilityHub may update these Virtual Card Terms at any time. Continued use of the Virtual Card service after updates are published or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Powered by Reloadly.

1. Introduction: These Gift Card Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital gift cards through UtilityHub. By purchasing, receiving, or using a gift card code, you agree to these Terms and the terms of the issuing brand.

2. Nature of Service: Gift cards are digital products provided through our partner, Reloadly. Each successful purchase results in the delivery of a unique redemption code, voucher, or equivalent digital credential. Gift cards remain subject to the issuer's own terms, country rules, expiry rules, and redemption requirements.

3. Purchase and Delivery: Gift cards are delivered electronically within the app, by email, or through another supported delivery method. Delivery is typically instant but may be delayed due to technical, partner, risk-review, or network issues. You are responsible for ensuring your account and contact details are accurate before purchase.

4. Pricing and Currency: Prices, exchange rates, taxes, service fees, and any applicable charges will be displayed before purchase where required. Exchange rates may change before confirmation. All purchases are final once confirmed.

5. Usage Restrictions: Gift cards may be region-specific, brand-specific, currency-specific, or valid only in supported countries. You are responsible for confirming compatibility, country availability, value, and redemption requirements before purchase. UtilityHub is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect selection or misuse.

6. No Refund Policy: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-reversible once delivered. Exceptions may apply only where delivery fails or a code is invalid or unusable, subject to verification by UtilityHub, Reloadly, the issuing brand, or other relevant service providers.

7. Fraud Prevention: UtilityHub may limit purchase amounts, limit purchase frequency, block suspicious transactions, request additional verification, withhold delivery during review, or suspend accounts involved in suspected abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations.

8. Code Security: Treat gift card codes like cash. UtilityHub is not responsible for codes that are lost, stolen, shared, exposed publicly, sent to the wrong recipient due to incorrect information, or redeemed by an unauthorized person after delivery.

9. Third-Party Responsibility: Gift cards are issued by third-party brands and serviced through third-party networks. UtilityHub is not responsible for brand service disruptions, redemption platform downtime, brand policy changes, or redemption issues outside UtilityHub's reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability: UtilityHub is not liable for incorrect purchases, expired or restricted gift cards, unsupported redemption regions, losses caused by user error, or losses caused by third-party actions, issuer policies, or brand service interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms: UtilityHub may update these Gift Card Terms at any time. Continued use of the Gift Card service after updates are published or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
