UtilityHub provides users with full control over their personal data. You can use this page to submit a formal request to delete your UtilityHub account and associated personal data without needing to install the mobile application.
What happens when you request deletion?
Submitting this request initiates the account termination and data erasure process. Once verified and processed:
- Your account profile and login credentials will be deactivated.
- Personal identification and contact details will be removed.
- Application preferences and saved payment methods will be cleared.
